Pandora Thank You Mum Heart Charm

Say thanks to Mum for always being there with this meaningful charm from Pandora. This heart shaped charm features an open centre with the word "Mum" written across the centre. The "U" in Mum has also been replaced with a heart for a sweet touch. Hanging below the heart charm are two smaller heart shaped pendants - one crafted in silver, the other with Pandora Rose. The silver heart is engraved with: "Love" whilst the rose heart has been engraved with "Thanks" Turn the charm around to find the message: "Thank you for being there" A lovely gift to reflect your love and gratitude for Mum!

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 90 days.

Ensure items are securely packaged; we aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

We recommend sending items by Recorded Delivery and keeping proof of postage.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 working days.

If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, email us within 30 days with your order number, and we’ll arrange the return. If returned items are found to be in working order, we may charge for postage costs.

If you choose Special Delivery, Argento won’t cover the cost unless agreed in advance with our customer service team.

International Customers: For faulty items, we’ll refund return costs via your local postal service’s tracked international delivery. Courier costs are only covered if pre-arranged.

If you live near one of our stores, you can return items in person with a receipt for exchange within 90 days (14 days for Sale/Outlet items). Refunds will be processed by our customer service team, not in-store.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Argento won't accept liability for any address errors entered via our checkout. Orders will only be resent or refunded if returned to us unopened.
