    The process involves pressure bonding multiple layers of gold with extreme heat to create an extremely durable, hypoallergenic piece of jewellery.

Is there an age restriction to get a bracelet?

The minimum age to get a bracelet with us is 10. Anyone under the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to make a booking?

We accept walk-ins for this service, however booking is advisable. You can contact your preferred store to request a date & time prior to visiting.

Is it safe?

Yes! Our staff have taken extensive training to ensure a seamless experience.

What about Alarms & Airport Security?

Our chains are made from non-magnetic materials so they won’t set off alarms and therefore don’t need to be removed for Airport Security.

Do you offer Repairs?

Linked jewellery is designed to last but in the instance that it catches or snaps please save your chain, and we can give you one free reattachment!

Care must be taken where the chain could catch on something and snap. Please take care when removing clothing, doing activities etc to ensure the bracelet lasts.

Can the jewellery be removed?

If you need to remove your jewellery for any occasion, simply cut the jewellery with a pair of sharp scissors. You can visit us to re-weld at a small fee.

Do I need to remove the jewellery for an MRI?

As the chains are non-magnetic, it won’t impact your MRI scan. However, please ask a medical professional in advance. If the jewellery needs to be removed, you can do so by cutting it with a pair of sharp scissors. You can visit us to re-weld at a small fee.
